Nicki Minaj Cleans Up Real Nice for “Ellen” and “Jay Leno”

We’re used to seeing Nicki Minaj in spectacle-worthy “costume” outfits, so when we found the rapper cleaning up real nice and looking extremely prim for her latest TV appearances, we simply felt a write up was in order.

Nicki, who is currently one of the judges on American Idol, appeared on Ellen and Jay Leno early this week in bubble gum pink and ruby red frocks that were classy and cut to flatter. It was a little surprising and quite refreshing to see Nicki actually wear something that wasn’t Harajuku-like and outrageous. Here are clips of those appearances for you.
