How was your weekend?
June is officially over, and with it, we bring you another round of fabulously dressed bloggers. Our criteria for selecting who to feature this month include mix (how well the outfit is put together) and appeal (how striking the outfit looks from a distance). Check out our Top 10 Best-Dressed Bloggers for June 2013. Who among these girls should get a perfect score?
1. Claudine RO from Celje, Slovenia
One look at Claudine, and you will instantly think Jackie O. Plus, she can seriously work stripes like they were meant for her.
Check her out in a black-and-white frock below. No doubt, the sunnies are very Jackie, but what we love most about the whole outfit is how she updated the dress with a pair of nude sandals. Very chic, yes? Check out her blog, Claudine RO, if you wish to see more of her style.
2. Lisa Dengler from New York
Lisa’s flapper-inspired dress was what initially drew our attention. But it was the way she paired it with a 3.1 Phillip Lim purse and suede ankle-wrap pumps that totally blew us away. It’s such an eclectic mix — sophisticated, glam, edgy, and retro all at the same time. Do you like the look? Lisa pens a blog called Just Another Fashion Blog.
3. Dominique N. from California
Dominique of Style2Bones simply mesmerized us with her fire-printed skater dress. We love how she mixed it with funky creepers, a leather choker, and ultra-cool sunnies. Coupled with her red-streaked hair and the graphic background, you could say she painted a picture no one could ever forget. Dominique is also an avid vlogger on YouTube.
4. Carolina Krews from United Kingdom
We picked this look from Carolina of Carolina Krews simply because of how polished and classy it looks. It’s a simple outfit, but she looks mighty posh in it. We also like how she used metallics to bring the pink dress to life. The pink fingernails were a nice touch, too!
5. Fleurani from Lake Constance, Germany
We don’t know her real name, but she calls her online fashion diary Fleurani. What we do know, however, is that apart from being such a fashionista, she’s a lawyer by profession.
Yep, “Fleur” has both beauty and brains. We picked her as one of our top bloggers this month because we fell in love with the dress she wore to a wedding. Love, love, love the beadwork on her gown; it really complements the print. And pairing it with a modern-day color-blocked clutch made the whole getup a sure hit. Would you agree?
6. Lidiya O. from Turkey
One look at Lidiya and you can instantly tell she’s a fashion model. If you visit her blog, Lindisimaa, you will find page after page of envy-worthy outfits. A case in point is the look below. We love how she mixed blue stripes with lots of colors, such as red, orange, and pink. What a striking combination, yes?
7. Naty C. from New Jersey
Some may not consider hair as an accessory, but we think otherwise. Look at how Naty’s dark wavy locks made the vibrant print of her dress really stand out. Capping her outfit off with a bright blue clutch and heels made it a perfect 10. You can check out Naty’s other outfits by visiting her blog, A Love Affair with Fashion.
8. Monica from Atlanta, Georgia
We like how Monica, author of the blog Awed by Monica, styled her ruffled maxi with the perfect extras — a bright orange bag, a vibrantly printed head scarf, and super cool sunnies. Would you take a cue and channel her look this summer? It’s a really fine outfit idea.
9. Tiffany B. from Southern California
Tiffany’s seriously sexy dress is grab-worthy. Check out the crisscross back! It’s boho and casual, but we like how she dressed it up with t-strap pumps instead of the usual flat sandals. If you want to find out where you can get her dress, check out her blog titled Tuolomee.
10. Ashley B. from Los Angeles
Sometimes, it’s not about the dress. Sometimes, it’s how you style the dress. Ashley B. of Milk Teeths may be wearing a shapeless denim frock, but she wore it the chic way — with a headscarf, a printed tote, and wedge sandals. Don’t you just love the summer look? Besides, that denim dress looks so easy and breezy.
